Ronald McDonald House provides free ‘home away from home’ accommodation at 14 specialist children's hospitals across the UK so that families can remain united and close to their seriously ill child. We are an independent charity, receive no funding from Government bodies and rely solely on the support of our families, businesses and community. Our Camberwell House, located just 5 minutes from King’s College Hospital, supports families from all over the UK. It is equipped with kitchens, playrooms, laundry facilities, has communal lounges and a garden so that families can feel at home. Families can stay as long as their child is being treated, whether that is for a couple of days or for years. Our aim is to create a safe environment where families can focus in helping their child get better without worrying about financial implications such as hotel, travel and food and being able to spend some time together therefore strengthening family stability and mental wellbeing.

Transforming Vulnerable People/TVP is a nonprofit organisation The Message of the Cross Evangelical Church/TMCEC initiated it. TMCEC is a Registered Charity No. 1177259 and Registered Address 57 Kennington Park Road, London, SE11 4JQ. Corresponding address: 34 Nashe House, Burbage Close, London, SE1 4ET. TVP is a project that has been running under TMCEC and is based in the London borough of Southwark. TVP focus on the transformation of the community. To bring the desired transformation, it works mainly in two areas: building a loving and caring community that can be a catalyst for transformation and focusing on Transforming Vulnerable people in the community. We gather vulnerable people twice a week in the evening to share tea, coffee and meals with them. This is to show them genuine love and care so that they can understand that they are loved and not abandoned.

Mentivity Mentoring: Bespoke one-on-one and group sessions that encourage young people to improve their educational engagement, self-discipline, and aspirations. We offer an embedded service within schools to ensure they receive the critical support needed to succeed. Mentivity House: A dynamic space for creativity, connection, and growth, offering workshops, youth clubs, and opportunities for intergenerational community engagement. Mentivity Respite Provision: An alternative to managed moves or permanent exclusion from mainstream settings, we provide young people with the chance to re-engage with education and develop essential life, social & academic skills. Through our structured programmes, inspirational workshops, and aspirational visits, we provide the tools and support young people need to navigate challenges and thrive.
