We strive to keep people Safe, Valued and Cared For. We provide a FREE FOOD Stall 4 days a week between 2 venues, where people can have food no questions asked. Each mornings we provide a Café which allows people to socialise and receive support according to their needs. We have a Digital Inclusion Project so people can learn skills and get online at the Hub. We show them all the local Council's sites, Neighbourhood Watch, Police, NHS and show them how to find out information, report things and make contact through social media. We teach Neighbourhood Watch principles and hold regular community events which brings in specialist presenters to teach Health and Safety principles. or provide entertainers and follow this by a lunch; this is attended by up to 60 people. We use local shops and businesses as suppliers. We are regularly visited by organisations who teach about Health and Safety principles and others who offer Sign Posting. We are a registered Safe Space, Warm Space and Digital Inclusion Centre. We also help people to reduce their Carbon Footprint by collected recycling materials. Many of our volunteers do a Health and Hygiene Level 2 course and we have training events to ensure we keep everybody safe. We have a Autism Support Section, we offer various crafting activities and a Tai Chi class for beginners. These are increasingly lead by patron involvement and patron families do some of event meals to offer food from around the world. We have an open door and Inclusion approach that means anyone is welcome and can be included.

To help residents achieve a set standard of social purpose. Harvest Community Haven CIC provides food bank for the community. A warm space in the cold months for members of the community to sit and have a chat, a hot drink and talk to a friendly face. Support families who have children with toys, games, and activities, provide social engagement such as a youth club, over 55s group and Mother and Baby group. The organisation will act as a haven and a source of community engagement-multi-provisional hub also as a deterrent or a preventative tool with regards to tackling isolation and loneliness and by extension mental health related challenges will also be addressed especially among communities where mental health is a huge taboo subject.  Recreation and leisure services (e.g. Community library, community garden etc)  Community Café  Youth centres or empowerment projects  Network/collaborations with other local groups and organisations  Skills and training services  Health and social care services  Welfare or advisory services for vulnerable or disadvantaged people We operate from the Harvest Resource Centre at 154 Queens Road NG9 2FF We identify the people who use our services through word of mouth in the community, local collaborations with other agencies and projects such as social prescribers and support groups. We occasionally donate to a homeless shelter in Beeston and invite them to collect food items from where we operate., we share leaflets during outreaches and door to door visits and those who need the support engage with our services. We also support the community with friendly volunteers to lend a listening ear and chat to, many people are lonely and need company, Some people ask for prayer so we pray with them. We offer informal counselling and emotional support, Signpost people to the different services on the county website, We also offer academic support and career guidance from some of our volunteers who are lectures and Drs in their field of study. 2 times a year we run a community wardrobe (free clothing) for a few weeks. There are no charges for our services. We don't collect food from any supermarkets. We don't use any local press yet but we intend to publicize in the NG9 monthly magazine and other facebook communications - Nottingham We've uploaded some photographs to this page. We also advertise on the Nottingham Mutual Aid FB page. Some local supermarkets and community centres in Beeston. some of our visitors also post our posters on their social media pages. We've partnered with Diversify Education and Communities CIC, occasionally with HopeUK,

We run a community breakfast cafe providing free breakfasts. As part of this we have a free food giveaway where we give out free food. We also give out free food parcels to those in the community who are struggling.
