How it works

Here's how businesses create local impact through Neighbourly.

Through Neighbourly, Sainsbury's has donated surplus food and products, turning business resources into meaningful community impact.

  1. 1

    A business gives

Through Neighbourly, businesses donate resources to local good causes.

  2. 2

A local good cause puts it to use

Support goes directly to charities and community organisations, helping them free up time and resources to focus on what matters most.

  3. 3

People get the support they need

Whether it's a hot meal, essential products, a safe place to meet or someone to talk to, support reaches people in ways that make a real difference.

  4. 4

    Every contribution counts

Together, these contributions create real, measurable impact in local communities. That's social value in action.

PTA for English Martyrs RC Primary School

London, UK

We run the PTA for English Martyrs RC Primary School, in order to raise funds for the school to help with short falls in funding. 2023/24 we need to raise money for our music and spanish teacher, early learning equipment and much much more. We aim as the PTA to put on events to raise money for the school. We recently did a summer fair where all the parents used their skills in cake baking, photography to DJ'ing to Spring Roll making to raise money for the school But we have lots of events coming up and donations of food, items are always welcome. The school also runs a breakfast and after school club so although we have one off events where we may need hot dog buns/ floor/ drinks/ paper cups. The school provides fruit in each class room each day, and cereal toast in the morning and crackers and cheese in the afternoon. Anything to compliment this offerings would be appreciated!
