How it works

Here's how businesses create local impact through Neighbourly.

Through Neighbourly, Hays has donated volunteer time, turning business resources into meaningful community impact.

  1. 1

    A business gives

Through Neighbourly, businesses donate resources to local good causes.

  2. 2

A local good cause puts it to use

Support goes directly to charities and community organisations, helping them free up time and resources to focus on what matters most.

  3. 3

People get the support they need

Whether it's a hot meal, essential products, a safe place to meet or someone to talk to, support reaches people in ways that make a real difference.

  4. 4

    Every contribution counts

Together, these contributions create real, measurable impact in local communities. That's social value in action.

St. Andrew's Community Network

Liverpool, UK

St Andrew's Community Network is an independent charity based in Clubmoor, North Liverpool. Established in 2003, our aim is to transform our community by building relationships and changing lives. Grown out of St Andrew's Church, we are a community-based organisation who provide practical services to support local families and vulnerable people. We are the coordinators of North Liverpool Foodbank working with Trussell, operating 9 foodbanks food hubs and providing emergency food provision to people in crisis. Alongside helping alleviate food poverty across North Liverpool, we also provide free debt and welfare benefits advice, supporting people in financial crisis and insecurity to overcome problem debt, claim the support they are entitled to, and become more financially resilient. Our debt team offer impartial, quality-assured and FCA regulated advice and our trained team of benefit advisors help people maximise their income. The communities we serve are among some of the most deprived and disadvantaged in the UK. We work towards a future where the impacts of poverty do not define a person's ability to live a fulfilling life. The holistic support we offer helps move people from a position of crisis to a more stable position.
