Charity working to reduce loneliness and social isolation across East Anglia - specifically Suffolk. We do this through a variety of means, including a 365 day a year telephone support service, all adult age befriending, and a suite of community social befriending opportunities. We have specialisms in later life, dementia, digital upskilling and family carer support.
