We are a reflection of our local community. We break down barriers between races and culture by sharing and exploring different cultures around us through food. dance clothing, music and more. We deliver our programme at the Youth service centre Hub in Basildon town centre. We are in partnership with Basildon Borough Council and the Essex Youth service. Basildon Foodbank provide food to people in food crisis We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
