Through Neighbourly, Pret A Manger has donated surplus food, turning business resources into meaningful community impact.

People get the support they need

Whether it's a hot meal, essential products, a safe place to meet or someone to talk to, support reaches people in ways that make a real difference.

Kindness Homeless Street Team Glasgow

Glasgow, UK

Kindness Glasgow has been created to assist our homeless and vulnerable people within Glasgow. We provide hot meals and drinks, clothing, toiletries and essentials to our friends on the street. We host a pop up soup kitchen in George Square Monday and Wednesday from 6:45pm. We will also support our friends on the street with offering to help fill out benefit forms and housing applications. We host a donation centre/foodbank at 417-419 London Road G40 1AG. We are open Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun 11am - 2pm. We act as a non referral food bank. We support furniture referrals and support our friends moving into accommodation with second hand goods. We have created many homes for people creating a safe and clean place to live. We also have a new community cafe at 340-342 Ashgill Road G20. We are a non profit organisation. We are a registered charity. We ensure everyone who comes for help is treated with compassion and our ethos is never to judge. No one is turned away. We believe in inclusion and everyone who uses our service is treated in the same manner regardless of their background or needs.
