Women@Thewell

London, UK

Women@thewell is a frontline service provider of support and exiting services, based in London. We work with women, whose lives are affected by prostitution, both on street and off street, including women who have been trafficked into the sex trade. Women@thewell supports around 300 women a year. Our approach to working with women is ever changing and evolving to meet the needs of the women we support, and most recently, as a result of the direct impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Underpinned by our mission, we envision a society in which women are empowered to achieve their full potential, free from discrimination, abuse, and neglect. Our focus remains on supporting women to find sustainable exit strategies from prostitution, we do this is by identifying barriers and providing solutions and alternatives away from the sex trade.
