'Reaching out and Bringing hope.' Welcome to our information page for Lighthouse - one of the mission arms of Louth Methodist Church. Through Lighthouse, we provide a food bank for those in need, whatever their social situation. A non judgmental provision for monthly or emergency food parcels. Occasionally, we are also able to provide assistance with utility bills. Twice weekly we have a drop in , where we provide hot drinks, snacks, and once a week a hot cooked meal, run on a donation only basis. Our volunteers bake, make and serve on both occasions. All are welcome, and we share friendly conversation, signposting for help, and a listening ear. We often welcome other organisations too, to offer their services in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. We provide Christmas, an Easter and Harvest special for all ages, plus other events throughout the year and collect for Grimsby Shoeboxes. Our facebook page - Louth Methodist Church shows and tells of a busy schedule where all are valued and loved. Drop by, you'll find us in Nichol Hill.
