(a) to advance religion through building cooperation between the scottish christian communities and the black minority ethnic, migrant and refugee churches and communities as well as other faith groups in scotland and abroad. The Pyramid is owned and run by the local community via The Pyramid at Anderston Trust. The Trust is working to renovate and redevelop this B listed local icon, which is home to a myriad of activities and support. Our central purposes are: to prevent and relieve poverty; to advance citizenship and community development; to advance the arts, heritage and culture; to provide recreational facilities and organise recreational activities for members of the public in order to reduce isolation and to improve well-being and confidence; and to bring together people from different backgrounds. Activities are primarily intended for people who have need of them by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage; and for members of the public. We are home to a wide range of regular clubs, including yoga, Knit and Natter, community meals, wellbeing sessions, martial arts, personal training, community cinema, chess and more, and we offer spaces for the local community to meet, run activities and events and hold celebrations. We are fundraising for a multi million pound redevelopment of the building and surrounding site to ensure that we continue to serve and support our community.

We are an independent food bank providing a range of grocery and store cupboard items to the most vulnerable in society. No referrals are necessary and we are staffed entirely by volunteers. The food bank operates from the rectory of St Gregory's so there are no overhead costs. All donations of food and money are used directly to help those in need including young families, those suffering with addiction issues, refugees and asylum seekers.
