Victory Outreach Liverpool has had great success in helping people that have struggled with substance misuse, crime and other life-impairing circumstances, restore their lives with dignity and purpose. One key area we in Victory Outreach strive towards is seeing the restoration of families. We also believe in helping children, teens, and young adults unlock their potential, gifting, and talents to become all they are meant to be in life and in society. One of the programs we have here at Victory Outreach is the Manna Project where we collect food through charitable donations and distribute to our community and other families in need of assistance. We believe in being a light of hope in our community and to the city of Liverpool.

CGHC food programme (Hope For All) The HFA has recently started in July 2020, the Aim is to help to minimalise the economic distress on people especially at this uncertain time. Our foodshare programme (Hope For All)is for the benefit of local communities.The scheme is intended to provide a long term life line, food initiative, beyond food bank facilities at no cost to the public. This project has the potential to improve lives and address the problems of economic hardship and constraints. The scheme is designed to help with homelessness and social exclusion in Kensington and Fairfield by using the medium of nutritious food which will promote health and well being . We currently on a small scale, operate the programme with food supplied by Fareshare that delivers once a week, this is funded by ourselves so we would like to attain more funding so as to be able to reach a wider range. 80kg -200kg of food is delivered every week which is then distributed door to door to elderly or immobile members of the community, others can access the service by visiting the premises to collect.There are a wide range of nutritious food, also on a Sunday we provide pasties , sandwiches,bakes,etc.(pictures from food distribution) HFA is also engaged in distribution of hot drinks, warm clothing, sleeping bags etc to the homeless across the city centre of liverpool.( we could use the pictures here that are on site) Unemployment is currently soaring and worsening food shortages due to the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic. We also hope to embark on a soup/ community kitchen which will not only enable us to provide food, but also a space for socialisation with activities such as, quiz nights ,dance and music evenings for the elderly.. We are appealing for support, if you would like to join in the mission to eradicate hardship in our communities, we welcome any donations graciously. The programme is currently run on a Thursday 12-3pm and Sundays 11.30 am

At Lets-talk2day we are committed to promoting mental health and wellbeing for all Our mission is to establish a supportive community where individuals can openly express their feelings and experiences in a safe environment. The organisation was founded to address needs identified within multicultural communities, leveraging over 30 years of experience from our staff in supporting diverse populations, asylum seekers, and refugees in matters of mental health and wellbeing. We are a small team with extensive lived and work experience, supported by an excellent network of from the communities we engage with. Through our previous roles in the healthcare sector and other employment positions, we have substantial expertise in working with asylum seekers, and newly settled individuals, addressing the issues they face.Our team comprises three main staff members and twelve amazing volunteers, including a doctor who assists with health talks and health promotion, dementia champions, and English We run daily sessions within the community and run a community lunch club where we provide health talks, community connection, connection advocacy all with language support Through partnerships with various services, we provide extensive support for optimal results. Our effective methods utilize a range of expertise for mutual benefit. Our experienced staff have built strong networks that we plan to use effectively.
