Support/ Donations to Services We are providing support to young people to gain life skills which enables them to maintain their tenancies with us and move on into their own accommodation when they are ready. This service has been developed in partnership with North Somerset Council Social Services Some of our young people are unable to stay living in their parental home due to family breakdown or because of safeguarding concerns. Some of our young people are Care Leavers and have been in Foster Care and upon reaching 16 come to stay with us for continued support before moving out into their own independent housing. The service is provides Staff who are available 24/7 to offer support and aim to make our young people feel welcome, included and involved in activities both in and out of the house. The Salvation army Housing Association have 3 houses. Graham House Annexe is 10 beds shared house which accommodates and support young people who are homeless. Margaret House (8 self- contained flats) Margaret House provides accommodation and support for young mums and their babies who have been made homeless. Clevedon Houses are 3 & 4 bedrooms Supporting Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children. These young people have come from a variety of countries sometimes fleeing unrest in their country and often trafficked here to what they and their families believe will be a safer option for them. With all of our support we can improve the hope for better life.
