We serve a highly deprived community in South Sefton, Merseyside where we operate an anti-poverty programme supporting people in crisis and who are vulnerable due to resource and attachment poverties. We operate a range of services in support of families and vulnerable residents including a food programme and clothing exchange.

Victory Outreach Liverpool has had great success in helping people that have struggled with substance misuse, crime and other life-impairing circumstances, restore their lives with dignity and purpose. One key area we in Victory Outreach strive towards is seeing the restoration of families. We also believe in helping children, teens, and young adults unlock their potential, gifting, and talents to become all they are meant to be in life and in society. One of the programs we have here at Victory Outreach is the Manna Project where we collect food through charitable donations and distribute to our community and other families in need of assistance. We believe in being a light of hope in our community and to the city of Liverpool.
