How it works

Here's how businesses create local impact through Neighbourly.

Through Neighbourly, Sainsbury's has donated surplus food, money and products, turning business resources into meaningful community impact.

  1. 1

    A business gives

Through Neighbourly, businesses donate resources to local good causes.

  2. 2

A local good cause puts it to use

Support goes directly to charities and community organisations, helping them free up time and resources to focus on what matters most.

  3. 3

People get the support they need

Whether it's a hot meal, essential products, a safe place to meet or someone to talk to, support reaches people in ways that make a real difference.

  4. 4

    Every contribution counts

Together, these contributions create real, measurable impact in local communities. That's social value in action.

Community Campus 87

Stockton-on-Tees, UK

Community Campus provides supported accommodation to people who are homeless or in housing need. We work across Stockton, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool. We provide our service to vulnerable young people, adults and families who we accommodate in dispersed accommodation. We provide the practical and emotional help and support for our clients to manage their accommodation. Every person is an individual who will need support in different areas of their life so each will have a tailored support service to meet their needs. Most, if not all our clients are financially disadvantaged and we have a welfare fund which we fund raise for where we try to assist in times of crisis and also provide food, toiletries and household items to alleviate some of the financial pressure. As an organisation we rely on the generosity, help and support of the local community and businesses to support us, in tour work helping vulnerable members of society. We have tax exempt charitable status XR 23315 and are a registered society under the Co operative and Community Benefit Societies Act Registration number 26020R.
