Alnwick Family Hub works with mums, dads, grandparents, carers and families to promote the physical, intellectual and social development of babies, children and young people 0-25 by offering support to families and coordinating services for the whole family. In Alnwick we deliver a range of groups and programmes, which you can see on our padlet, at https://padlet.com/Northumberland/north-northumberland-family-hubs-what-s-on-padlet-aavw33crlfxfu16o. We brings together service providers from the statutory sector like health, children’s social services and early education, as well as voluntary, private and community organisations and mums, dads and carers themselves, to provide integrated services for young children and their families based on what local children need and mums and dads as well. We would distribute any donations we receive to the families we work with, to help them offer a healthy diet to their children.

We run many support groups including, cancer support, addiction support, autism and neurodivergent groups and also a buddy system for those who need a friendly person to chat to.
