The Dockyard Collective
Truro, UK
The Dockyard Collective aim to create safe spaces & accessible activities for parents, families and their friends. We run a family cafe Mondays 11-2 with games, toys, coffee and cake for families and their friends. Join us for lunch at 12pm. During the school holidays we offer additional activities and outings. All of our activities operate on a pay how you can basis. We invite people to give how they can to support our community - through donations of items, money or volunteering time. We also run a food larder on a Thursdays, 2-2.45pm, with tea and toast served from 1.30pm. We offer surplus and short dated food to enable people to save money and reduce food waste, with a suggested donation of £2 a bag. Our Youth and Family Workers mentor children and young people in schools, host after school clubs, and run a girls' self esteem course. Join us for Meals with a Message at The Living Room, Sundays at 4:30pm. All ages explore the Christian faith together with songs, games, a craft, and dinner. The Dockyard Collective is a ministry of St Kea Church.
