We would be grateful for any food donations, refreshments such as juice, coffee and teabags or craft materials we rely solely on donations. We currently serve all age groups from young children to old age pensioners and love to see all ages mixing together. During The COVID 19 pandemic we have had to adapt our ways of working and at times work from home, we have run and carry on running a food bank, we have delivered food hampers to the elderly, vulnerable and struggling families, also helping with food for families experiencing hardship due to having children home more due to lockdowns and the hardship the costs of this incurred.we have had food stalls outdoors for people to come and help themselves this has been very successful and we keep adapting as rules and regulations allow. We are hoping to reopen our hub sessions very soon and get the advice sessions back in place. We have continued to work with the council referring our clients to the local area co-ordinatiors, and to the relevant agency’s for advice and support. We hope to get sessions for the benefit of mental health in the near future helping people with the difficulties they face mentally with the challenges of the pandemic.
