We Are Beams is a local charity that supports disabled children and their families in Kent. The disabled children and young people who access our services will typically have one or multiple learning difficulties, complex health needs, physical or sensory impairment, challenging behaviour, Autism or severe ADHD. Our work is divided up into five key areas. These are Short Breaks Services, Family Advice Service, Dragon’s Retreat 6 bedded overnight Respite ,Brokerage Service and Payroll Services. We need to raise £2 million in order to continue our care services to the most vulnerable in society. We have 450 parent members that can call for support.
