We want to develop and deliver an interactive programme which takes place on the beach and inspires people to reduce their reliance on single use plastic and make the environment healthier for everyone. Fun and engaging games will visually illustrate how we need to be more thoughtful about the resources we use every day. Working with the Wildlife Trust, we will raise awareness as to how litter can threaten our precious marine life. We will also share the good news about how we can all play an important role in reducing plastic pollution by making a commitment to improve our environmental practice. A school will also be chosen to represent the initiative by designing a slogan/image that raises awareness of the importance of reducing our reliance on single use plastic.
