We are a Plastic Free Community, as defined by Surfers Against Sewage, the Cornwall based charity. Part of our campaign included a Spring Water Festival in May 2021. this was a success, even during Covid-19 constraints. We are planning a bigger similar event in May 2022. This is where we intend using our grant: we have many different projects planned to take place. A grant from here would help to fund a Refill Station as part of our network of Refill Stations in our town. We are looking also for a benefactor or sponsor for help in promoting our Festival through social media and other ways. A previous grant which we received from this organisation helped our local schools to design and install signs to encourage the public to keep our parks clean. Now we have 38 signboards in 20 of our parks. Thank you!
