The friends of nunroyd have planted a community orchard, a wildflower meadow, lots of trees, bulbs and hedging. Our Facebook page now has over two thousand followers and local people and children join us cleaning the park and planting and maintaining. We need to raise funds for much needed litter bins and benches through the park as the local council will only replace broken ones but not provide new ones. We also host events for local people such as an Easter egg hunt, Halloween evening and at Christmas santa claus visits the park. Thank you for your support.
