Energy Garden

Over the last two years, the Energy Garden team has supported communities across London to transform 34 London Overground platforms and stations into thriving gardens and food growing plots. Solar energy provides on-site renewable energy for lighting, water pumps or other small scale station amenities. Energy Garden will be installing 3 more gardens over the next 3 months including Crouch Hill, South Woodford and West Hampstead. As part of these installations, Energy Garden clean up the stations in which we work. We then work with TfL to maintain these spaces and develop them over time. The gardens act as a community hub for our Youth Training Programmes, air quality improvement works and biodiversity measures.
