Link Age Southwark is a vibrant local charity providing friendly volunteer support to older people and those living with dementia in Southwark who are experiencing loneliness and social isolation. Our volunteers provide activities that encourage our service users to feel healthier, happier and more independent. This includes befriending, activity groups, driving, gardening and supporting events.
