We work with and support anyone caring, unpaid , for a loved on in Stockport, providing a range of practical, financial and emotional services which support their situation. We help unpaid carers manage their caring role and balance this role with a life of their own. Often in challenging and difficult circumstances, carers look after those who need support due to physical and mental illness, disability, additiction and age.
