3Food4U is an award-winning, volunteer-led charity providing free groceries, essential items, clothing, and household goods to anyone in need — with no assessment, referral, or questions asked. Founded to reduce poverty and food waste, 3Food4U supports individuals and families facing hardship while promoting dignity and respect. Beyond food support, it offers community services including education, health and wellbeing classes, holiday clubs, and employment skills workshops. ICSS is a small, grassroots, 100% volunteer-run registered charity operating since 2004. We are a passionate group of volunteers helping children from vulnerable groups, such as refugees and children affected by domestic violence in East London, achieve their full potential through education, and in time, they can understand the value of giving back to society. We also operate a food bank serving referred families, providing food and other essentials.
