In these unprecedented times, we have an amazing opportunity to show an overflow of kindness to each other. Our aim is to support families and vulnerable people within our community by partnering with local food banks, collecting financial donations, non-perishable items and toiletries. This campaign was launched at the start of this crisis with the aim to support families and individuals who have been affected in some way by the current situation. Together with support from local councils, schools and the Emsworth Alliance, we have received referrals with lists people who would benefit from this initiative.

Knights Templar Great Britain West Sussex.

As a Knight Brother with the Knights Templar GB, Steve Brunton created the Jeneses Foodbank in December 2020, located at the Jeneses Community Centre, 45 Linden Rd, Bognor Regis. PO21 2AP. Steve works with many of the local food provision and Community charities such as; Crimsham Farm, Family Support Work, Ecoswap, Stonepillow, CAB , My Sisters House and Arun District Council to identify key areas and cover a greater demographic to feed as many local families and people in need as possible. The Jeneses Foodbank is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday mornings whenever possible. Any 'spoilt' or leftover food is also utilised by delivering it to a local charity farm for the animals.
