We are a group of individuals dedicated to uplifting humanity and changing the would through promoting a culture of Charity as a true way of living out authentic and meaningful lives together in families, communities, and societies; in order to attain our destiny in God. We provide relief to families in crisis from poverty, conflict, hardship. ill health or addiction through weekly provision of well cooked food served in a warm environment where they can be consoled and be happy to meet new friends. We also provide free weekly groceries to the above referenced families in order to promote their physical wellbeing.

I coordinate the collection and redistribution of surplus stock to sheltered housing residents, ensuring that good-quality food and essential items reach elderly and disabled individuals who benefit most from reduced living costs. By alleviating the financial pressure associated with everyday groceries, this initiative helps residents retain more of their income, directly enhancing their quality of life and overall wellbeing. Beyond the practical support, the programme has played a meaningful role in strengthening community cohesion within housing complexes. Regular redistribution efforts have supported resident-led activities such as coffee mornings, enabling groups to come together, socialise, and collectively raise funds for outings and shared experiences. Donations have also contributed to the improvement of communal outdoor spaces, with residents using supplied plants and materials to beautify their environment. As a result, the initiative has fostered a strong sense of community spirit, pride, and mutual support among residents.

4 the organisation's purposes are: 4.1 the objectives of the organisation shall be to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of port elphinstone and its environs without distinction of sex, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities, or assist in the provision of facilities, in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that their conditions of life may be improved in furtherance of the aforementioned objects but not otherwise: 4.2 to promote as a multi-use community resource. 4.3 to maintain a facility which can be accessed and utilised by the community as a whole. 4.4 to provide education in the broadest sense. 4.5 to encourage community learning and development. 4.6 to strive to work together and maximise community effort, involvement and participation. 4.7 to provide a resource run by the community, for the community. 4.8 to provide a supportive and enabling environment where social inclusion will be realised. 4.9 to establish joint working with partners and the community to deliver programmes and activities. 4.10 to share skills and expertise in order to achieve a common purpose. 4.11 to identify the community's social and educational requirements; and endeavour to offer a needs lead service.
