Our Mission At CGMI Sunderland, our mission is to Support Underprivileged Families: Provide essential resources and assistance to families facing financial hardships. Aid the Elderly and Disabled: Offer services and support to improve the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Empower Youth: Facilitate educational and recreational programs to help young people develop vital life skills and achieve their potential. Current Initiatives Food Bank Purpose: To combat hunger and food insecurity within our community. Services: We provide food parcels, hot meals, and nutritional support to individuals and families in need. Impact: Our food bank plays a crucial role in alleviating food poverty and ensuring that no one in Sunderland goes hungry. Youth Mentorship Program Purpose: To guide and support young people in their personal and academic growth. Services: We offer mentorship, life skills workshops, and recreational activities designed to inspire and develop future leaders. Impact: This program empowers youth to reach their full potential, instilling confidence and providing them with positive role models. Your support is crucial in helping us achieve our mission and extend our reach within the Sunderland community. Based in Houghton le springs, we are temporarily working ftom 15 St Michaels We are a community based organisation dedicated to helping vulnerable persons in the community such as asylum seekers, residents of the YMCA and working with the YMCA by collecting surplus and food donations from location shops such as Lidl and others. We d nit charge anyone for our services as all our funding and expenses comes ftom pocket. We organise fun days and team bonding and building activities too. Being aware of the challenges of societal lives, we hope to bring a little relief and succour to our community. We have gotten any press coverages just yet. As we are growing our brand and services hence we require an operational vehicle and office space to operate from. We are building some synergy and working relationships with other local groups but that is at the teething phase.

Breakfast Club at Academy 360 welcomes students at 8am with several choices of hot and cold breakfast which include items such as toast, porridge, bagels, cereal, overnight oats, fresh fruit and yogurts. At Academy 360 we understand the importance of healthy breakfast to start a students day. The students are able to sit with their friends or family, maybe catch up on homework or simply chat to staff before the start of their day. At Academy 360 our service is free so we welcome help and support with breakfast items from food, crockery, cutlery and electrical items such as toasters and microwaves.
