We help support Refugees and asylum who are applying to stay in the UK. Sanctus St Mark's is a support group for refugees and people who are seeking asylum in the UK. We aim to walk alongside people who find their way to us, from all around the world, in a non judgemental and safe environment. Some of the people we support are completely destitute and have no means of providing their own food. We work with our local foodbank and do our best to make sure that no-one goes home hungry. Everyone in need goes home with a bag of supplies, providing fresh vegetables and fruit whenever possible.

- General charitable purposes - Amateur sport - Economic/community development/employment - Recreation - Children/young people - Elderly/old people - People with disabilities - People of a particular ethnic or racial origin - Other charities or voluntary bodies - Provides buildings/facilities/open space - Provides services We took over the community centre back in 2019 with its issues, so we have all worked hard to get the community centre to were it is now, we have had support from Affordable foods, the hive and some more different people We support all different groups with in our community centre from mums n tots to two different church groups, line dancing, Masque which is a learning disability group and they do two shows a year at the theatre we also have Children's groups in the holidays. We hire the hall out for party's, meetings , we have a cafe on site, and we have also started to do a food Pantry. We do have kids clubs in the week as well, we are supporting a local fruit and veg shop. We also have a couple of people with learning disability that volunteer at the centre.

We are a local charity, offering various workshops and activities for all ages, food parcels and a non-binding advice service if needed. We support everyone in our community who needs support, often vulnerable and disadvantaged people throughout Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle under Lyme. Our aim is to ensure everyone feels safe and as a valued member of our community.
