We believe everyone in society should have equal opportunities and choice to live the life they choose to live. We provide group sessions, dropin, food sharing, short courses, information advice and guidance, advocacy for dealing with issues with statutory and private companies, and we provide opportunities and empowerment to members to seek a better quality of life.

Our Family Hub has been established to meet the needs of our pupils and their families. We strive to help them grow and develop into healthy, strong and resilient individuals who can flourish. Our commitment includes supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing of our families, providing economic support through our Pantry project along with a range of emotional , mental health, educational and employability opportunities to build a toolkit for self sustainability and long term change.

The North Lincolnshire Integrated Hub at The Forge Project brings together The Forge Project, North Lincolnshire Council Housing, the Recovery and Rehabilitation Team, and a range of partner agencies to provide coordinated, person‑centred support for people experiencing homelessness. By combining expertise across sectors, the Hub creates a seamless pathway of care so individuals receive the right support at the right time. We proudly use surplus food donated through Neighbourly to prepare fresh, nutritious meals for the people who use our Day Centre. This partnership helps us reduce waste, stretch resources further, and ensure everyone is welcomed with a hot, wholesome meal made with care. Open seven days a week, the Day Centre offers a warm welcome, hot food, and a safe space to talk. Staff provide befriending, guidance, advocacy, and referrals, while on‑site clinics from housing, mental health, substance use, and community services make it easy for people to access specialist help quickly, comfortably, and without charge. Everyone who attends the Day Centre is met with dignity, compassion, and practical support. We work closely with partners including North Lincolnshire Housing, With You, mental health services, Blue Door, Scunthorpe & District MIND, and the Community Inclusion Nursing Team, who hold regular clinics on site. The Day Centre provides meals, showering and laundry facilities, clean clothing and sleeping bags, emotional support, advocacy, and help to secure permanent housing, alongside coordinated multi‑agency care. Using a strengths‑based approach, staff support each person to understand their challenges, identify their goals, and shape their own path forward. Our strapline, Opportunity for Change, reflects our belief that everyone deserves the chance to rebuild their life. The Hub’s integrated model reduces duplication, streamlines support, and improves outcomes by promoting recovery, enabling access to housing, education, training, and employment, supporting independent living, and encouraging participation in community activities. The environment is designed to be safe, welcoming, and accessible, with shared spaces, private rooms, drop‑in access, and appointment‑based support. An integrated Counsellor provides one‑to‑one mental health support, group interventions, and help with managing low mood, anxiety, and confidence. To promote wellbeing and social connection, free weekly afternoon activities include board games, arts and crafts, games, and gardening, offering structure, enjoyment, and opportunities for personal growth in a relaxed, supportive setting.
