M&S Kirkstall

Meeting Point runs a weekly drop-in for refugees and asylum seekers. Up to 120 adults and 25 children attend this drop-in each week. We provide a range of long and short term support services, including food parcels, a hot meal and refreshments, clothes, computer and internet use, help and advice, conversation Café, English class, children's activities and women's group. During the week we also run additional support groups, which vary throughout the year, and also a Women's Group which meets weekly. Many of our beneficiaries are destitute and surviving on little or no income. We are quite literally a lifeline for many who attend.

Lrf is a refugee-led organization which: - supports and is a collective voice for refugee community organizations in leeds; - provides and supports services and activities benefitting refugees and asylum seekers; - runs the one community centre in the lincoln green area for the benefit of refugees and asylum seekers and the wider community.

The Big Swing Adventure Playground is the only free, open-access adventure playground in the Bradford and Leeds area. Located at the convergence of three deprived housing estates and open five days a week, the playground provides a locally unique, safe space for adventurous play that supports Children's mental, physical and social growth. We aim to offer disadvantaged children amazing play experiences, after school, holidays and weekends. Help us with our community clean up day.
