The foundation was set up following the death of Thomas Samuel Theyer in 2013 and his mum; dad and sister think the quote below says much about Thomas and the ethos of the Thomas Theyer Foundation.. Serving the community of High Peak, HighPeak Nightstop offers various schemes to provide help and support to anyone facing homelessness and to prevent its causes.

I volunteer at The Residents of Fairfield Association, Buxton in Derbyshire. They provide a FoodShare scheme for any resident of fairfield. Currently they pay the national company "Foodshare" to collect surplus stock and deliver it to the office, where we sort it into sections and offer it to families of fairfield on a Tuesday evening. We at The Tradesmans Entrance Cafe Ltd want to help Lia at R.O.F.A. by sourcing other means of collecting surplus food supplies to help the residents of fairfield on a bigger scale. Presently we are feeding up to 60 families each week. We would love to be considered for the collection at Marks and Spencers or Lidl on a regular basis.
