We are a non profit making organisation providing meals to our local community. With the donations from Aldi, M&S and Lidl we are now providing food parcels for our local community. Our aim, post pandemic, is for a social eating event each week in the hope of getting our local residents to meet up for a coffee and cake at least once a week.

At Nottingham Central Women's Aid, we are dedicated to providing a safe haven for women and children escaping domestic abusers. We offer secure, temporary accommodation and comprehensive support services, for women with or without children who have endured any form of abuse, including physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, or economic as well as so-called "honour" based violence and female genital mutilation (FGM). We provide a secure environment where women and children can find immediate refuge and safety from abusers. We offer emotional and psychological assistance to help women rebuild their lives. We welcome women and children from all backgrounds, ensuring that every individual receives the care and support they need. Over the years, Nottingham Central Women's Aid has accommodated thousands of women and children. We have been a cornerstone in helping families recover and heal from the harm of domestic abuse and a core support in enabling them to rebuild their lives in a safe and nurturing environment. Continuous support is crucial for the sustainability of our refuge accommodation and community services. Whether through financial contributions, volunteering, or other means, your involvement can make a significant difference. By providing access to nutritious food and the opportunity to learn valuable cooking skills, we aim to foster greater food security and resilience in our community. The Bridge Notts is dedicated to delivering initiatives like our breakfast clubs, which bring warmth, nourishment, and connection to elderly residents in Nottingham’s independent living schemes. Additionally, our Munch Clubs provide a welcoming hub for families, offering them a comfortable, warm space where they can enjoy a free or low-cost nutritious meal together. To keep these vital programmes running, we rely on generous food donations from local businesses, organisations, and individuals. These contributions are essential to ensure we have a steady supply of ingredients to serve our community and to expand our reach to even more families and individuals facing food insecurity. With your support, we can continue making a real difference in the lives of those who need it most, creating a more connected and resilient Nottinghamshire. In addition to food donations, we welcome volunteers to help with preparing, cooking, and serving meals. Financial contributions are also valuable to fund the purchase of staple ingredients, cover operational costs, and maintain our facilities.
