Cirencester Opportunity Group is an independent charity providing integrated play experiences and education for children and support for their families. We were founded in 1973 and have been providing enriching and stimulating learning experiences to generations of children for almost 50 years. We offer family support for children aged 0-4 and a child-centred approach to learning through the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. We are situated in beautiful grounds in Beeches Road, Cirencester and are proud of the facilities that we offer. These include a large playroom, soft play, a therapy room, paved and grassed areas and a woodland learning area to explore. We want to create opportunities for children with special needs and disabilities and for their families. We'll make a difference to the lives of children and families, so they don't feel that they are at a disadvantage because of their health needs, life circumstances or income. We also want to share healthy food with our children and families to support healthy food choices within the family home through access to healthy foods and through experiences.

Prospect Hospice is a charity providing palliative and end of life care, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission, the hospice provides all services free of charge thanks to the generosity of the community, which raises 84% of the £10.6 million needed each year. Care is tailored to each individual and delivered in a variety of ways. Specialist teams provide clinical, emotional and practical support at the hospice in Wroughton, in people’s homes and across the community. Founded in 1980, the hospice serves a population of more than 330,000 people in Swindon and north-east Wiltshire, including Royal Wootton Bassett, Marlborough and Pewsey, as well as Lechlade and Fairford in Gloucestershire.

Brighter Futures is the registered charity of Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and supports services at Great Western Hospital in Swindon and in our community health sites across Swindon. We aim to raise funds to support an extraordinary provision of care to our patients. Our charity funds the purchase of equipment, supports education for our staff, and improves the environment for our staff and patients - all of which are over and above the existing NHS budget. Our vision is to provide the best care possible to our patients, their families and visitors to the Trust. We rely completely on the generosity of our supporters to enable us to provide that extraordinary provision of care. Whether it’s a cake sale or a marathon, your fundraising efforts have helped us to change the lives of thousands of patients in Swindon and surrounding areas. Every penny given to Brighter Futures is used to make a difference to someone at what is often the most difficult and vulnerable time in their life. Donations have supported a diverse array of initiatives all across the Trust, including a new Radiotherapy Centre for cancer patients. Others include purchasing sensory equipment for children with special needs in the Children’s Unit and new incubators for babies in our Neonatal Unit. Other projects funded include the pilot of a Sepsis Nurse and making significant improvements to improve care for patients in our Older Persons Care Ward. You can chose to support any ward/department within the hospital. We also have run special appeals and a Hospital General Fund which is used wherever the need is greatest across the whole Foundation Trust. Thank you for your support!
