Our organisation base all Borough in England for homelessness, Disabilities, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Domestic violence, Youth and Adult in needs. We provide accommodation for homelessness through our Outreach workers and through Borough Councils. We provides our clients food as-well as daily needs through assessments and key work meeting by allocating support worker/ project worker as the person to speak with and support them at all time. Our Organisation provides everything needed for their day to day of their recovery including benefits and housing needs. There is Housing benefits for individual when qualify for accommodations under our organisation which staff will apply for, to pay direct to Landlord. Food donations will be used to support these services.

We offer 3 days of emergency food supplies to local people in crisis. We signpost people to relevant agencies who can offer long term support. Enables communities to help feed their residents. We help to fight hunger and help those in crisis.

Hearts and Helpers is a grassroots charity set up to support people affected by poverty, homelessness and insecure housing. Based in, Ponders End, North London, we help people both on and off the street by providing practical goods, services and events to positively impact their lives. We are local people working to empower other local people. We have a Green space based at the falcon fields allotment in Pondersend and host weekly workshops run by local people for local people. These include: allotment skills training, healthy eating on a budget, woodwork projects, children’s garden, messy play, Art therapy, Meditation sessions, young person’s growing group and poor housing support.
