Who We Are: KindWellCom is dedicated to nurturing health and well-being, fostering social inclusion, and bringing people together through compassionate, community-led initiatives. A healthier, kinder tomorrow. What we need: Food Donations: surplus food and donations to run weekly Food Share program, serving over 700 people weekly. Cans, meat, fresh produce, fruit, and vegetables are especially needed. Volunteers: people to collect surplus food from local suppliers to help set up, sort donations, and serve during their Sunday events. Community Sharing: spreading the word helps reach more vulnerable families, sharing skills by volunteering in projects supporting families and helping to fundraise or secure extra resources during high-need periods.

We help people in the local community, church and support a food bank by donating, food, toiletries, clothing and bedding where ever help is needed.

3Food4U is an award-winning, volunteer-led charity providing free groceries, essential items, clothing, and household goods to anyone in need — with no assessment, referral, or questions asked. Founded to reduce poverty and food waste, 3Food4U supports individuals and families facing hardship while promoting dignity and respect. Beyond food support, it offers community services including education, health and wellbeing classes, holiday clubs, and employment skills workshops. With hubs across Essex and Hertfordshire, 3Food4U is proud to be recognised with the King’s Award for Voluntary Service for its positive impact. 👉 Find out more: www.3food4u.org
