Looprun is a response division and part of an independent social enterprise called Glass Mill Social Enterprise C.I.C. This is more than food and is part of a platform called RSBA1 (Response, Sustain, Build, Achieve). A free supportive services platform to help people get back on their feet. With up to 94% success rate and seeing once those receiving free Looprun response bags to returning to stores as shoppers with baskets full. These are the happy stories created when all come together to do good for good. Service users are signposted to Looprun mostly from referrals including professionals in social and healthcare. Looprun provides free non perishables, perishable food, toiletries, and clothing to people facing a challenge. Whatever you can do is turned into a grateful donation to a neighbour in need. As everything given and everybody counts. No food is banked providing a direct in and out service. We believe if the food is stored then a person in need is not getting any food, hence we provide an instant response and instant impact service. Looprun food donations can include fresh fruit, vegetables, bakery items and non perishables. Looprun has access to professional volunteers who carry out a confidential support service to people in need. From homeless shelters, hostels, sheltered housing, care homes and schools. This is a non voucher, free and confidential service. This means Looprun can reach more people in need with your food donations. Therefore we need your help to ensure we can supply the demand in this crisis. Anyone that receives a Looprun bag of essential food items is sustained thus creating a loop cycle. We, therefore, are a platform for a voice to be heard in the community and share life changing stories. It would be great to have more partners become part of these stories in your local community. Super Supper Club is a twice weekly community meal on Mondays and Wednesdays; held in the warm, homely space of The Pickle factory, All Hallows road, Easton, Bristol BS5. All are welcome. We serve a three-course meal on Mondays at 5pm and at 7pm on a Wednesday evening, made from surplus food with both vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters catered for. Mondays is more family orientated as it is earlier and provides children friendly food such as pizza, scotch eggs, lasagne etc. The environment at The Pickle factory is a homely one, with Super Supper Club encouraging diners to share the food around a single communal table and then clear up together afterwards. Wednesdays tends to attract friends, singles and regulars with a more international flavour and we often have theme nights such as Indian or Spanish nights. We put out surplus food on a Wednesday which people can take home for free such as bread, fresh fruit and vegetables and cupboard store food. Our community meal is much like visiting a friend's house... arrive early and you may be asked to help prepare or lay the table...stay late and you may be asked to help wash up.. Super Supper Club aims to reduce social isolation, creating a space in which members of the community can come eat, chat, interact, making new connections in a warm inviting space. Volunteers are welcome to join in preparing the meal every Wednesday from 5pm - diners are welcome to join in eating the community meal, made predominantly from surplus food, every Wednesday from 7pm. Super Supper Club accepts a small donation of £4 for adults and £1 for children which helps us cover our operational costs such as rent and cleaning.

This page allows Volunteers within Feed the Homeless Bristol to provide information on their availability to "Walk" on a particular night that the charity operates. The charity operates around central Bristol feeding the homeless people who look to our support for a hot meal, produce, fruit, snacks and a hot or cold drink. It allows the walkers to see fellow volunteers and what equipment may be needed that evening. Once a desired amount of volunteers has been reached, you may be added to the "reserve list" and if willing, contacted should circumstances change and someone has to drop out.
