The ‘mission’ of Heaven’s Playground Org is to help those who have lost loved ones whatever the circumstances and whoever the loss. We hope to do that through our words and our designs. We are always available to talk and we have a shop where you can find angel-related items at reasonable prices. Understandably those of our family and friends who have not been through this find it hard to connect with us or to get what is going on within us so it is up to those of us in the loss community to provide that connection for each other, to support and be there for each other and to always remember our loved ones in the way we would like. Heavens also provide Early Loss, Memory and Sibling Boxes free of charge locally (£5 if posted) to help those who are suffering the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth or neo-natal death. Every year we send around 400 cards to those struggling at various times of year particularly Mother's/Father's Day and Christmas. We are aiming to make sure that people can come in and eat at least two meals a day. We have an experienced cook who works with a team of volunteers to produce nutritious meals from food donations. We also run a project called Purfleet Pantry where people can join our membership club to be part of a scheme giving them access to cooking lessons, health and nutrition sessions and weekly grocery parcels. We are aiming to eradicate food poverty amongst our clients and the wider community and to provide coaching around nutrition, health and well-being.

Norwich Homeless Support offers a number of services to the homeless in Norwich and the local community. Services we provide: Outreach to the homeless three times a week, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in norwich city centre handing out essential items like tents, sleeping bags, sandwiches, clothing etc. Community Food Bank We run a food bank from our base in Hellesdon every Thursday and also deliver food parcels to those in the community needing a bit of help who are disabled or can't get out for any reason.
