Samsung’s volunteering opportunities with Neighbourly support our three themes of Community, Accessibility and Education. Through these projects, we aim to support organisations in our local area, help ensure the digital world is accessible and safe, and use skills-based volunteering to inspire and support young people.

Samsung Volunteering 2023 - Accessibility
Ensuring that the digital world is accessible and safe for everyone is extremely important to us, which is why we’re helping to provide online support to many different groups, such as children or those living with impairment or disability. Through our work with organisations like AbilityNet and Age UK, we’re helping others to stay connected and safe whilst using technology.
Samsung Volunteering 2023 - Community
We’re investing in the community by connecting with those people experiencing social isolation. We’re committed to writing letters to mitigate the impacts of loneliness, and to help older individuals stay connected despite the challenges, such as dealing with isolation whilst living in a care home, or living alone.

At Samsung, our global CSR vision is “Together for Tomorrow! Enabling People.” By providing education for future generations, we empower young people to achieve their full potential and become the next generation to pioneer positive social change and build a better world for all.
We’re investing in support for young people from less-advantaged backgrounds by providing mentoring and, professional development support and online safety sessions. By allowing Samsung volunteers to share their career experience and knowledge, we hope to develop the connection, capabilities, and confidence of young people, and help them to thrive within their desired industries.
