We are a values led charity working with people in need of health and social care support. Our vision is for wellbeing to be at the heart of health and social care. Our mission is together we build relationships, connect communities and provide quality care as unique as the people we support. We work with people in their own home, in the community and in specialised accommodation. We work with people living with: Mental Health Diagnosis Learning Disability Dementia Older People with age related concerns Our head office is based in Warrington in the North West but we have services in Merseyside, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, Derbyshire, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.

We are a food pantry where people can come and get a food parcel for £5.00 , in gje parcel they get fresh meat, frozen items and ambient stuff, they can also get an assortment of pastries and fruit and vegetables. Anybody can access this , they just need to pay £5.00.

We are a group of Volunteers, trying to improve our local area, get people out socialising, playing sport, walking, gardening, etc. We have an established football team playing matches and training each week. We have children playing inside the area on the play park equipment. We have formed an inclusive gardening club for people of all ages and abilities. We plant fruit, vegetables and flowers, had welly planting, Sunflower seed competition. We have plans for a rockery, tree planting to help drainage, wildflower meadow. Looking to start a joinery club, already have volunteers making bird houses, looking at bug hotels next. We are trying to bring the Community spirit back, encourage social interaction, cut down on isolation. Improve fitness by uncovering the overgrown paths making walking around the fields accessible.
