How it works

Here's how businesses create local impact through Neighbourly.

Through Neighbourly, Restaurant Associates has donated volunteer time, turning business resources into meaningful community impact.

  1. 1

    A business gives

Through Neighbourly, businesses donate resources to local good causes.

  2. 2

A local good cause puts it to use

Support goes directly to charities and community organisations, helping them free up time and resources to focus on what matters most.

  3. 3

People get the support they need

Whether it's a hot meal, essential products, a safe place to meet or someone to talk to, support reaches people in ways that make a real difference.

  4. 4

    Every contribution counts

Together, these contributions create real, measurable impact in local communities. That's social value in action.

Verified resources received

Surrey Docks Farm

London, UK

Surrey Docks Farm is a working city farm and charity that enables the whole community to learn about farming, food production and the natural environment. We run a range of educational projects targeted to engage those who would benefit most and are supported by hundreds of dedicated volunteers who attend on a weekly basis. We are open for the general public to visit for free.

Richard House Children's Hospice

London, UK

We provide care and support to families that have children and young people with life limiting or life threatening conditions and complex healthcare needs. We care for children from birth until their twentieth birthday. The care that we provide is extremely specialist and can include short respite breaks, sibling and parent befriending groups, end of life care and bereavement counselling. The care that we provide comes at no cost to families that use us and has the specific aim of creating positive family experiences that become good memories for the future. Our services are free of charge to the families we support and the majority of our funding is thanks to the generosity of the public. In addition to this we receive approximately 30 percent of our income through statutory funding. This year we need to raise around £2m in voluntary donations.
