We are called Connecting All Communities, a not for profit organisation based in East London of Hackney. CAC aims to tackle segregation and persuade community cohesion to celebrate our similarities and accept our differences to understand and to apperciate individual uniqueness. We are have been providing food parcels and cultural hot meals to residents in and around Hackney. Since the cost of living has increased the demand of our services triples. We would be really greateful to have wonderful volunteers who are able to help us to help others in many different ways such as collecting and delivery our food parcels and cultural hot meals to people who are unable to come to our centres. We also be thankful for volunteers who can help us work behind the seen at the confort of their own homes Although we are registered at Pembury Community centre, we are delivering most of our activities, programs and projects at Banister House community centre in Homerton area. Our work is not only around food but there are many different tasks that we deliver everyday. We are mainly working from home on voluntery based. We would kindly appreciate if you could kindly give back just a little bit of your time, skills and knowledge to the local communities.

The Friends of Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park manage the award-winning nature reserve and heritage site, a breathing space in the heart of East London. This woodland cemetery is a unique place of transformation: a people’s cemetery, a place for remembrance, a sanctuary for humans as well as nature, a place for festivals, field studies and forest schools. Always changing with the seasons, it is rooted in the history of the East End, a place of rich heritage that is full of possibilities and freedom for all. Our aim is to preserve, care for and improve Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park as a place of historic, ecological, educational and recreational interest. Our main objectives are to manage wildlife and historic monuments for our community to enjoy, to be a people-centric charity, to connect with diverse demographics, and to influence the management, development and public enjoyment of other greenspaces in Tower Hamlets.

We are a pioneering charity supporting arts and community initiatives within Kentish Town Health Centre in north London. About Us. We are a charity supporting arts and community initiatives within Kentish Town Health Centre in Camden, north London. Our aim is to relieve mental and physical suffering through the use of the arts and holistic care. We work in partnership with the James Wigg and Queens Crescent GP practices as part of a social prescribing model, meaning we take in-house referrals for registered patients. At times we are able to wider accommodate those living in the borough of Camden that are not registered patients and general public events. We provide a range of projects and services. From arts workshops to dance classes for people with Parkinson’s, a non-medical chronic pain group, legal advice through the Citizens Advice Bureau, and our vital Food Bank services. Our award winning exhibition space on the first floor displays work on themes surrounding health and well-being from various perspectives.
