Agnes Riley Community Garden is a thriving green space brought to life by local passion and care. More than just a garden, this vibrant space is a hub of connection and learning. Local nurseries bring children to explore nature’s wonders, while Autism Voice – a charity supporting neurodivergent people of colour – runs regular gardening sessions, making it a space where all feel welcome. Despite limited funding, our garden continues to bloom — thanks to the generosity and time of our community. We warmly welcome donations of time, plants, compost, tools, and equipment to help keep this garden flourishing as a welcoming, inclusive space for all. Come grow with us!

St Michael's Fellowship offers support to children and families facing some of the highest levels of adversity in our community. For 123 years we have worked with parents to develop their confidence, build their resilience and equip them with the skills and tools to be the best parents they can so that their children can look to a positive future full of opportunity. We want to help them break inter-generational cycles of poverty and underachievement, so their children can thrive! Our head office is based in Streatham, South West London and we work across the Borough where support is needed most. Our work spans multiple services which all help families to change their lives: we support residential family assessments in three home from home environments, work with parents and their children in 1:1 and group settings in our Outreach provision and create space for family contact through ‘Jigsaw’, our family contact service which helps to rebuild family relationships where children are separated from a parent(s). We have tailored support for young parents (under 25 years), and sometimes are parents are very young. They may often have additional needs such as mental health concerns or learning difficulties; have little in the way of support networks from family or friends; may have experienced violence or abuse, from within their families and from partners; have had previous children removed amongst many other complex challenges. Without skilled support, they are unable to independently have the skills to make the best choices for their family and to nurture them to enable them to develop. Our work supports them to grow, to develop and to take pride in their achievements as they understand the parenting role. Food donations and hygiene products donated through the generosity of customers at Lidl Streatham High Road are used to stock our pantry, available for all families without question. Young families in particular who face food poverty are particularly vulnerable and need additional support. Food is often used in our group settings where we find cooking together brings comfort, friendship and an opportunity to talk about feelings. We support donations of any kind as we help families to create homes, to become self sufficient and to create opportunities to engage as a family.

WHHTS is comprised of St. Georges Hospital School, Springfield Hospital School at CAMHS Campus, Wandsworth Medical PRU (home tuition), and educational outreach services for children who are too unwell or struggling to attend school due to physical or mental ill health. We are trying to provide the best learning environment for our young people. But due to budget constraints and lack of resources, we are unable to do as much as we would like. We're currently developing two outdoor spaces that are in dire need of plants, pots, and other fun elements to help create a pleasant and welcoming environment for our young people. Our classrooms are also outdated, so we're looking to update things and potentially up-cycle items to create a better learning experience.
