Here's how businesses create local impact through Neighbourly.
Through Neighbourly, AtkinsRéalis has donated volunteer time, turning business resources into meaningful community impact.
Through Neighbourly, businesses donate resources to local good causes.
Support goes directly to charities and community organisations, helping them free up time and resources to focus on what matters most.
Whether it's a hot meal, essential products, a safe place to meet or someone to talk to, support reaches people in ways that make a real difference.
Together, these contributions create real, measurable impact in local communities. That's social value in action.

Home4U is a Cardiff-based charity that began in 2007. We are dedicated to providing crucial support to those seeking asylum who have been left destitute by government policies. These individuals—mothers, fathers, children, and others—are often forced to flee their homes under difficult circumstances, seeking safety in the UK. Unfortunately, upon arrival, they face severe challenges: no support from the Home Office, no access to public benefits, and a complete prohibition on working to support themselves. The Harsh Reality of Destitution Imagine arriving in a foreign country with no right to work, no financial support, and no secure housing. This is the harsh reality for many asylum seekers in the UK. The current policies leave them with very few options, making them reliant on the goodwill of others. They are at high risk of exploitation and often face the constant threat of being drawn into illegal activities such as underpaid work, prostitution, or even modern slavery. At Home4U, we see beyond the statistics. These are real people with hopes, dreams, and the desire for a stable life. Without support, their situations can quickly become even more desperate. Home4U offers a lifeline to these vulnerable individuals by providing: Safe, simple, and comfortable housing where individuals can find security and hope. Assistance with finding a solicitor that can help put submit a claim. A small weekly payment to help with basic needs including food. Support in finding volunteer opportunities and engaging with the community. Our goal is to help and support those seeking asylum rebuild their lives and find a path to safety and stability, whether through gaining refugee status, securing temporary protection, or other legal avenues.
