The Hub School is a specialist provision for students with Social Emotional Mental Health Needs. We are able to support our students by offering extra support for their emotional wellbeing as well as a tailored learning package. Our students are transported in door to door from across the East Riding of Yorkshire and we offer a free breakfast package and free school meals as well as snacks throughout the day. We work in conjunction with local foodbanks to support our families and help to enable them to have less pressure for some essential items. Many of our staff donate to ensure hampers are sent home at Christmas and Easter to every student on our site. Our belief is that The Hub School is transforming lives.

Slow Circular Earth Inspires and empowers women and young people to create their own communities. We want to empower you to live more sustainably. We are creating a platform for practical climate change within our communities. We are hosts to the Zero Waste Cafe a mobile pop-up café giving communities and individuals the opportunity to enjoy delicious ‘plant-based zero-waste’ treats whilst learning practical and fun ways to save money, the planet, and live sustainable empowered lives.   We are developing partnerships across the region with The Trussell Trust, FareShare, Greater Lincolnshire Food Partnership alongside community farms and allotments the café will reach out to more members and local organisations.   Positive Impact - Zero Waste Café is a not-for-profit initiative that will travel to local communities, events, and festivals to go straight to the heart of communities to empower individuals, homemakers and community groups with the skills and knowledge they need to live sustainably.   Accessibility Zero Waste Cafe travels around the UK raising awareness and enabling access to plant-based food for women, homemakers, youth, and children. The pop up is a mobile upcycled horse-box trailer that will pop-up at festivals and events across the region. This is the launch of an innovative local food network which collaborates and partners with local food growers. Members can also volunteer their time to learn about the process of farming and growing food and share this knowledge at Zero Waste Cafe events.

Hull Women's Aid supports women, children & young people who are suffering or have suffered domestic abuse, to establish safe, independent lives. Core work is delivered in a secure refuge for women and children. Support is also delivered on an outreach basis to women, children and young people. Hull Women's Aid delivers training and awareness-raising programmes, and also works in partnership with statutory and voluntary bodies.
