At Godinton Primary school we place great emphasis on developing and supporting the needs of the whole child. We aim to support our pupils to achieve well academically but also to nurture their personalities and support their emotional and social development. We are a large primary school will a strong family ethos and values. We feel that our role in the community is important and that we have a responsibility to work with our local businesses whenever we can. We are thrilled that our local Coop store is able to support us this year and we will be using any funds raised to support our children at playtime with the purchase of playground games and equipment. This increase in resources will enable our bubbles of children to all have access to positive playtime experiences, even during the current period of the pandemic.

The Lord Whisky Sanctuary Fund is a lifeline for animals of all kinds. Established in 1981, we provide sanctuary to animals who have become homeless or who have been injured or abused. These animals, where possible, are found new homes and those who cannot be re-homed are given sanctuary for the rest of their lives if needed. We also provide reduced cost veterinary care to people on low income.
