To inspire and support people in West Berkshire whose lives are affected by mental health issues in a safe and welcoming environment. We run peer support sessions three times a week where members can drop in to a welcoming safe space. They can access friendship and support, along with a range of well being activities. a hot meal, training and counselling. We are a uniquely member led mental health organisation where people run their own fund raising events and offer peer support to one another.
