The Baffins Pond Association (BPA) is a group of local volunteers whose aim is to maintain and enhance Baffins Pond and the surrounding area which is the focal point of the Baffins Community and its visitors. Central to BPA's environmental aims are the education of the public, particularly young people in the practice of conservation and the creation of Environmental Study Centre including woodland, orchard, wildflower meadow and pond dipping areas.

For the public benefit to advance the education and to commemorate and remember the people of Portsmouth, and, the surrounding area who have served the country over the last 100 years through the establishment and maintenance of a museum to advance the education of the public across the Portsmouth area of the importance the city, the football club and its people played in time of war. We also seek to provide support for our current Service Veterans by raising awareness of local organisations who support our Military today.
