Stop Domestic Abuse is an innovative & unique provider of trauma-informed services in Hampshire and Portsmouth to all those affected by domestic abuse, including so-called ‘honour’ based violence, female genital mutilation (FGM), forced marriage, and other forms of harmful cultural practices (HCP). Services include refuge accommodation for women & children, Advice Lines, one-to-one support for adults, children & young people in the community, perpetrator programme, awareness raising/preventative work, group work for women, children & young people, FGM/HCP community work, target hardening (providing security measures in victim’s homes) & training for professionals/community members.

Relieves the need of the homeless, unemployed and other people by the reason of their condition of hardship or distress, by the provision of supported housing, education, training and support.

St Alban's is a Church Of England Church serving the community of West Leigh - Loving, Praying, Doing. There is a service every Sunday morning at 10.00am to which everyone is welcome . Every Tuesday there is a friendship Group that meets at the church from 1.30pm till 3.00pm. offering a cuppa and a chance to chat. There is always a jigsaw on the go, and some weeks they play games, or have speakers or maybe make a craft, but most weeks it is friendship and a chance to enjoy conversation. Every Friday, during term time, from 9.30 till 11.00am, we have Little Lambs at the Pallant Centre in Havant (up the side of Waitrose) - a pre school group for under 5's and their parents and carers with St Faith's, Havant. There is no charge but any dontaion is welcome. There is chance to play, do a craft and for the adults to chat with a cup of tea or coffee and home made cake. At around 11.20 we clear away and provide a snack for the children (fruit, bread sticks, pom bears, cheese, carrots for example) For last 15 minutes we have a story and sing action songs We offer a free breakfast on the first Saturday of every other month (Jan, March, May, July, Sept, Nov) at 9.30am of bacon and eggs, beans and toast..... tea and coffee, plus julice....
