ALDI CARDIFF - CULVERHOUSE CROSS

Non-perishable, in-date food is donated by the public in a range of places, such as schools, churches, businesses, supermarket collection points and libraries across the Vale of Glamorgan. It is then sorted by volunteers and packed into emergency food parcels to be given to people in need. Every day people in the UK go hungry for a variety of reasons ranging from redundancy to receiving an unexpected bill on a low income. A simple box of food makes a big difference, with foodbanks helping prevent crime, housing loss, family breakdown and mental health problems

To further or benefit the residents of the llynfi valley and the surrounding areas and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.

At The Trinity, we are dedicated to tackling food waste, strengthening community bonds, and providing essential support to those in need. Our mission is simple: to rescue surplus food from local businesses and redistribute it to families and individuals who can benefit from it.
